Funky Shirt Friday

Can't go wrong with the penguins, unfortunately I did go wrong with my sunglasses, as I left my favorite pair at work and ended up stuck with these.

This Weeks Running Summary

Again, I love this gas station. Cracks me up all the time. 

Wedding. Everyone seemed so happy!

Super forbidding sky to the north. Lightening started moving in on downtown and ended my fantastic feeling run slightly early. That's ok I suppose. Ended at about 23 miles for the week. Not too shabby.

Up the Oak Leaf. Four miles down today, plus a bonus leg work out. 

Tree down! Just a block or two from my apartment. I wonder what happened?

Speed work Wednesday turned into rainy day after root canal long run Wednesday with Pete and Tony. Ran around the Nicolet track for 7.12 miles in about an hour. I thought I should keep the risk of cracking my teeth together to a minimum, and avoiding speed work seemed logical at the time. Run felt awesome though!
